A friend of mine referred me to Richard Payne when I was relocating from Long Island, New York, to Loveland, Colorado.  Richard sold me my first home, a duplex.  I have now converted my duplex into an income producing investment property, which I have over 60% equity in.  My real estate venture was so successful, that I once again contacted Richard Payne when it was time for my wife and I to purchase another home in North Loveland.  Richard found us a large tri-level, and once again we had a positive experience.  My parents have also recently relocated from New York to Loveland, Colorado, and have had a similar positive experience with Richard.

I called Richard Payne Investments, after the agent with whom I was working with would not write an offer on the house I was interested in purchasing.  The former Realtor said that it was above my price range, however Richard worked with my current lender, and as a result, made it happen for me.  I closed on the home I wanted, at the price I wanted to spend, and with the amount of money I had to put down.  I would still be renting if it wasn’t for Richard’s efforts.

Richard Payne was instrumental in helping me arrange special first time Buyer financing for my new home.  Just having graduated from engineering school, I did not have much money for a down payment.  Richard found a special financing program to help me out.
