A friend of mine referred me to Richard Payne when I was relocating from Long Island, New York, to Loveland, Colorado. Richard sold me my first home, a duplex. I have now converted my duplex into an income producing investment property, which I have over 60% equity in. The former Realtor said that it was above my price range, however Richard worked with my current lender, and as a result, made it happen for me. I closed on the home I wanted, at the price I wanted to spend, and with the amount of money I had to put down. I would still be renting if it wasn’t for Richard’s efforts.
